I can't complain about the flowers, only complaint is with the employee Niccia as she has, for whatever reason, been extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and REFUSES to "service" me. I made a complaint in (2024) via a corporate line and spoke with a carlo about her refusing to help me. Apparently that didn't get through to her, so I'm writing this review. Ive talked to other employees (whome remain anonymous) and they've shared with me that I'm not the only person she does this to. I have had no prior interactions with her, i dont know who she is, but for whatever reasons she refuses to help me, nor tell me why. On 3 separate occasions she refused to help me. And that's unfortunate because when I shop there and need help, everyone else is so kind and willing to help. Example, in 2024 I asked for help finding flowers and she said "I won't service you, go talk to a manager". Fortunately I found a customer service lady and she kindly helped me. This past February I asked for her help finding an item in floral department. Niccia was again working, and when i asked for help she interrupted me, shook her head and said "you know I won't help you". This is unacceptable and unprofession
